In her late teens she moved to Colorado where she has spent most of her life. In her spare time she took up photography as a way of blending her love for art, nature, and travel. She credits her artistically talented father and sister as her main source of inspiration. Jean moved to the Gulf Coast of Alabama in 2002 with her husband Ron, hoping to devote more time to her other love which is working with glass. While in Alabama she worked as a custom stained glass artist. Jean decided to move back to Colorado with her husband in 2005 where she established Glasshouse Studio. Jean specializes in fused glass because of its endless creative possibilities. She currently works with Dichroic Glass creating jewelry. Key Prior Exhibits
